
Dr. Zachary Delis, DO, MS joined OSRA in 2024. He is a Primary Care Sports Medicine physician specializing in non-operative orthopedics. Dr. Delis is a coastal New England native from Gloucester, Massachusetts. His love for sports started at a young age, where he played baseball, football, and rugby. He graduated cum laude with Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Neuroscience and Anthropology from Tulane University in New Orleans. Shortly afterwards, he received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Neuroscience from Tulane University. He then completed medical school training at Western University of Health Sciences - College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacic in Pomona, California, where he graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Louisiana State University (LSU) in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he was elected co-chief resident in his second year and chief resident in his third year. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, where he served as team physician for all 19 of Temple Athletics’ division one sports programs and local high schools. His interest focuses on non-operative orthopedic interventions including developing personalized treatment plans, musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided procedures, and orthobiologic injections such as platelet rich plasma (PRP) and Viscosupplementation to treat musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
In his spare time, Dr. Delis enjoys playing guitar (electric, acoustic, and bass), going to the gym, watching sports, and traveling.
